This workshop focuses on:
- Recognizing your financial story
- Understanding the impact it has on your finances
- Learning how to detach from the story
- Accepting your current situation, so you can make effective decisions
- Implementing mindful practices to ease your mind when habitual triggers rise
What makes this method different from other financial methods is that it addresses the person, as well as, the mechanics of finances; thus, healing the relationship on a deeper level.
Note:
- Wear comfortable clothing, as we will be meditating.
- Have pen and paper handy.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
