We all start somewhere. Total beginners welcome! Never done a pushup before? Perhaps you�re a retired ex-athlete looking for some cross training? Maybe you�re even a practicing martial artists looking to improve your form and function...

No matter what your starting level is, our dedicated instructors will work
with you to reach your own personal fitness and martial arts goals. You�ll get a crazy-good workout with us, gain lean muscle, and learn techniques to keep you and your family safe. At the end of the day, that�s what makes us feel best! Knowing we give everything we can to our students so they can stay safe and sound. Kids, Teens, and Adults have the ability to do amazing things with us! Â Our Programs are designed to teach students, regardless of age or background, to be the kind of person that is always ready to do the very best and lead by example.

We start as young as 3 years old. Students learn in a variety of ways through our classes! In Self-Defense & Martial Arts they learn and excel in both physical and emotional ways while boosting self-esteem.

Self-confidence, self discipline, courtesy, respect, focus, concentration and persistence are all traits of Leadership Academy students.
